AllChessPuzzles is a free chess tactics trainer built to help players of every level improve — one puzzle at a time.

What we do

AllChessPuzzles gives you 50,000 hand-picked chess puzzles taken from real games, organised by tactical theme, checkmate pattern, endgame type and difficulty. Every position has one clear best move to find, and you can solve them right in your browser — free, with no sign-up.

From beginner forks and pins to expert mating combinations, the goal is simple: build the pattern recognition that wins games. You can filter by your level and drill a specific motif until it becomes second nature.

Available in 10 languages

The site is fully translated into English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, Hindi, Chinese and Turkish, so you can train tactics in your own language.

Where the puzzles come from

Our puzzles come from the Lichess open puzzle database, released into the public domain under Creative Commons CC0. We are grateful to the Lichess community for making this incredible resource freely available.
